Richard Greco
Chairman and Investor
Richard is an experienced entrepreneur, angel investor, CEO and chairman of growth businesses. Until 2013 he was CEO of Cellcrypt, the world leader in encrypting voice calls on smartphones with government agencies as customers, including US security and military agencies.
Previously he founded Bulldog, a leading UK broadband provider which he successfully sold to Cable & Wireless in 2004 for £18.6 million. Prior to Bulldog he was CEO of ICO Global Communications which he sold to Craig McCaw for $1.6 billion. Before ICO, Richard was a founder and eventually President of Loral (Orion) Cyberstar – the world’s leading provider of satellite-based corporate data networking – and later sold the company to Loral for $1.2 billion. Richard is an international Board member of the World Presidents’ Organisation.

Ryan Jarvis
CEO
Prior to founding Edifice Ryan was previously founder and CEO of Macropolitan, which generated mobile operator rental income for major UK property owners at 18,000 sites and was acquired for £9.6 million by Arqiva, the UK’s largest tower company. Previously, Ryan was with BT as Chief of Products & Partnerships. Prior to that he was CEO and co-founder of Megabeam, the leading pan-European Wi-Fi that generated business traveller revenues for premier location owners, which was acquired by Swisscom. Ryan has a MA law degree from Oxford University, was voted a Top 40 Under 40 global telecoms executive by Global Telecoms Business, is on the board of the European Technology Forum and is a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts.

Jason Carver
Site Acquisition Director
Jason brings a wide range of senior-level property owner relationships from his previous site acquisition roles and as a result he leads site acquisition activities for Edifice.
Prior to Edifice, in his role at Macropolitan with Ryan, Jason, acquired 18,000 sites.
Ex-Site Acquisition Director at Megabeam, Swisscom Eurospot and Broadreach where he was responsible for signing >4,500 sites. At Broadreach he signed the first hotspot VOIP deal with Skype. Previously Sales Director at retail sector recruitment consultancy Curtis Shaw where he tripled company revenue.

Madalyn Roker
Consultant
Madalyn is responsible for turning site bids into live sites; overseeing site agreements, the planning process and the resulting implementation. Madalyn analyses the suitability of selected sites for Peak Power installations and leads on the project management and account management for Parcel Lockers.
Prior to working for Edifice, Madalyn set up the European office for Ayuda Media Systems, successfully selling and marketing their systems to Out of Home companies; before this she was Business Delivery Director at Titan Outdoor. Her previous 16 years at JCDecaux were spent in senior management positions including Sales, Client Services, Quality Management, IT and Operations.

John Hunt
Investor, Company Secretary & CFO
John is a Chartered Accountant with experience in both practice and industry. He manages the billing process with Edifice’s customers, property owners and Introducers as well as insurance and accounting. His entrepreneurial background includes founding his own accounting practice, acquired by Pursglove & Brown in 2007, where he remains a partner, working primarily with corporate clients. Previously John was CFO for UK, Benelux & Scandinavia at Markem Imaje (a subsidiary of Dover Corporation, a $9bn industrial products company). Successes included the integration of Markpoint after its acquisition and helping form AutoCoding Systems (an MBO from Markem Imaje). John has a degree in Economics at Sheffield and an MBA at Manchester Business School in Entrepreneurship.
